These Terms govern access to and use of EduSlip, a K-12 school administration software platform for permission slips, field trips, fundraising, hall passes, volunteer workflows, and transactional school notifications.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduSlip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use EduSlip on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

EduSlip Services

EduSlip provides school administration software used to manage digital workflows such as permission slips, field trips, fundraising, hall passes, volunteer approvals, account verification, password reset, and school workflow notifications. Features may change as EduSlip improves the platform.

Authorized School Use

Schools and districts are responsible for determining who may access EduSlip, assigning appropriate roles, managing user permissions, reviewing workflow content, and ensuring that use of the service is appropriate for their school community.

User Responsibilities

Users must use EduSlip lawfully, respectfully, and only for authorized school-related purposes. Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use EduSlip in a way that violates applicable law or school policy.

Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under their accounts. Schools should promptly remove or update access when staff, volunteers, parents, guardians, or other users no longer require access. EduSlip should be notified of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.

Transactional Emails

EduSlip may send transactional emails related to school workflows, including permission slips, field trips, fundraising, hall passes, volunteer workflows, account verification, password reset, security notices, and other operational notifications. These communications are part of the service.

Customer Content and Records

Schools and authorized users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information entered into EduSlip. EduSlip may process school-provided content and records as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service Availability

EduSlip works to provide reliable access, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, security events, or factors outside EduSlip's control. EduSlip may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to operate or improve the platform.

Fees and Payment

Any fees, subscriptions, implementation costs, or payment terms are governed by the applicable order, invoice, agreement, or written arrangement between EduSlip and the school or customer.

Privacy

EduSlip's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Schools are responsible for providing notices and obtaining consents required for their use of EduSlip where applicable.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EduSlip is provided for school administration workflows and is not a substitute for professional judgment, emergency response systems, legal advice, or school safety procedures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduSlip disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Changes to These Terms

EduSlip may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of EduSlip after updates means the updated Terms apply.
